Good to know
- This is satin, not silk. Satin is a weave, not a fibre — this case is polyester woven to a smooth, glossy satin finish. You get the slick feel at a lower price, but there is no momme weight (momme only measures silk) and none of silk's natural protein-fibre properties.
- The listing title doesn't state the closure type. It is worth checking the full Amazon listing before buying — closure is one of the details that most decides whether a case stays put overnight.
- Sized Standard — a standard US standard pillow is about 20 × 26 in. If your pillow falls between sizes, the larger case is usually the safer pick: a tight silk case stresses seams and zips.
- Care: polyester satin is the easy-care option — machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. Keep it away from high dryer heat, which dulls the finish over time.
- Sold as a pack of 2 — a spare case means one can be in the wash while the other is on the pillow.
